Electric Katieland, LLC – operated by Katie Moseley – provides services that fall within the scope of complementary and alternative health care practices, as defined by the Colorado Natural Health Consumer Protection Act (C.R.S. § 6-1-724). Under this statute, Katie Moseley is permitted to offer her services to the public provided that she clearly discloses her training, the nature of her services, and the fact that she is not a licensed health care provider.

Katie Moseley is not a licensed physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, or otherwise licensed health care professional in the State of Colorado or any other jurisdiction. Services offered through Electric Katieland, LLC are not licensed by the state, and Colorado does not license, certify, or register complementary and alternative health care practitioners.

Clients are strongly encouraged to consult with a licensed medical doctor, mental health provider, or other credentialed professional for any physical or mental health concerns. The services offered through this practice are not a substitute for conventional medical diagnosis or treatment.

Nature of Services

Katie Moseley offers services such as intuitive healing, energy balancing, psychic guidance, mediumship, plant medicine integration, and spiritual coaching. These offerings are intended for personal insight, spiritual growth, and holistic wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any physical or psychological condition.

  • Intuitive Healing refers to the use of inner knowing, clairvoyance, and other extrasensory perceptions to support the client's healing process. This may include spiritual insights or energy awareness and is considered a complementary health approach.

  • The term “psychic” in this practice refers exclusively to intuitive, empathic, or clairvoyant awareness used as a tool for energetic insight and healing. It is not used for entertainment purposes or fortune-telling, nor is it presented as predictive or absolute.

  • Energetic, somatic, and mind-body practices may have anecdotal benefits reported by clients, including emotional release, spiritual clarity, or increased vitality. However, these modalities are not supported by universally accepted clinical evidence and are offered solely as complementary support.

Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

By engaging in services with Katie Moseley and Electric Katieland, LLC, the client understands and agrees to the following:

  • All services are provided as complementary and alternative support and do not replace licensed medical or psychological care.

  • No specific results are guaranteed, and any decisions made by the client following a session are their sole responsibility.

  • The client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in intuitive or energetic sessions and hereby releases and holds harmless Katie Moseley and Electric Katieland, LLC from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may arise, directly or indirectly, from services received.

Confidentiality & Privacy Statement

While this practice is not a Covered Entity under HIPAA, Katie Moseley is committed to upholding a high ethical standard of confidentiality. All personal information shared by clients during sessions will be held in strict confidence, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., threats of harm to self or others, or as otherwise mandated).

Client identities are never shared without written consent for a testimonial.
