I am Katie Moseley, advocate and volunteer as Team Lead for the Colorado Chapter of FJAA. I believe the Family Justice and Accountability Act (FJAA) is the large scale approach to address what we now know is a crime organization posing as “Family Court.”
“This is a Federal Bill designed to restore constitutional protections and enforce ADA compliance in family court systems nationwide. It addresses judicial misconduct, wrongful family separations, police misconduct, and systemic violations of civil rights, especially against individuals with disabilities, or whereby courts and court orders have caused disabilities.
The bill empowers families to seek civil remedies and potential criminal accountability for those who engage in or enforce unconstitutional orders and discriminatory practices. I advocate for every Divine soul on this journey of life. Educating, nurturing, and protecting children is central to my life. From my teenage years as a lifeguard and swim instructor, as a public school teacher, and into motherhood—I have held children as sacred beings. I faced external resistance to all that was intuitive throughout my life, especially as I experienced motherhood, but I was not prepared for the criminal atrocities being committed in Family Court—the one place that proposed it was a structure that served to protect our children. “In the child’s best interest”—-that slogan is propaganda. When I discovered the corruption that has adversely affected my two precious daughters, I knew my focus had to shift to the root of the problem and arrive at a comprehensive solution to this beast.

Key Provisions
- Elimination of judicial immunity in cases of proven constitutional violations
- Mandatory ADA Title II compliance in all family court proceedings
- Right to sue CPS, judges, and law enforcement for wrongful removals
- Federal oversight and penalties for ADA noncompliance
